- The library is located on the 17th floor of the
Congress Plaza Building. The street address is 1019 Congress at the corner of Fannin and
Congress.
- Paid parking is available in the building and in surrounding
parking lots.
- The books in the library do not circulate. (They may not be
checked out.)
- Copying facilities are available. Patrons will need to
purchase a copy card; the machines do not accept change. All
photocopying machines close 15 minutes prior to the library's closing.
